• Subscribing to the Opportunity Assessment Toolkit
If your company is interested in subscribing to the Opportunity Assessment Toolkit (OAT),
please send a request to OATSupport@ipaglobal.com.
• Registering and Creating an Account
Contact your system administrator for information concerning how to create your own
account in the OAT. If you have general questions about the registration process, please
email OATSupport@ipaglobal.com.
• Logging In
On the Login screen, enter your username (email address you used to register) and password.
Enter the CAPTCHA code and click the LOGIN button.
• Retrieving a Lost Password
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login screen. On the next screen,
enter the email address you used to register and click the SEND button.
2. Click the link in the Password Reset Request email you will receive. You will
be sent to the "Reset Password?" screen where you can enter the new
password, confirm it, and click the RESET button. Then click the "Return to
the Home Page" link to log in.
• Retrieving a Lost UserName
Your username is the email address you used to register. If your email address changes for
any reason, please contact your system administrator.
• Managing Your Account
After successfully logging in, you can manage your account by clicking the MY PROFILE
link. Here, you can review/edit your information (except company and email address) and
change your password.
• Logging Out
Ensure all changes are saved and click the LOGOUT link in the top right corner. For added
security, the OAT application automatically logs out after one hour of inactivity.
• Troubleshooting
• Inactive Account
If you receive a warning message that states your account is not yet active, please
contact your system administrator to see when your registration request will be
approved.
• Problems Signing in From a New Computer
The OAT application uses two-factor authentication for security. If you try to log
in on a different computer or clear your cookies/history, you will receive a User
Authentication Notice email. Copy the link from it to the Verification Code field
and click SUBMIT.
• Other Problems Signing in to Your Account
If you still cannot sign in to your account, contact your system administrator or
the IPA administrator by clicking SUPPORT (at the top of most screens) and
CONTACT US.

If you still cannot resolve the problem after reviewing this page, email OAT
